How can I place an order?
To order select product, add to cart, proceed to checkout, enter shipping details, select payment, and receive order confirmation email.
Should I split the wool/acrylic thread?
Wool/acrylic thread is provided as a single strand, so you should not split it. If the instructions specify using two strands, simply double up the thread.
Should I split the stranded cotton threads?
Yes. Stranded cotton has 6 strands, and most patterns use 2–3 strands for stitching. Always check your kit instructions for the exact number of stranded needed.
What should I do if I run out of threads?
Our kits are calculated to include extra thread, but if you find yourself running short, please email us at salesteam@riolis.com, and we will assist you!
Is it safe to wash a completed piece?
We generally advise against washing your finished piece. However, if it becomes visibly dirty, you may gently wash it in lukewarm water using a mild detergent.
Do you make custom charts?
We stitch each design ourselves before finalizing the pattern to ensure it looks good and the thread calculations are accurate, which means completing one pattern can take several months. Due to this extensive process, we’re unable to offer custom chart services. However, we welcome your ideas for new designs! Please feel free to send us your suggestions.
